Come along and try one of our fun, friendly, judgement free classes and see how yoga can help transform your body and mind.


Classes are suitable for beginners and can be adapted to suit those with injuries. both men and women are welcome and you are encouraged to work at your own pace.


9.00 – 10.00am – beginners & refreshers gentle practice

10.15 – 11.15am – energising mixed ability class
