Introducing James Durrant
Having worked for some of the UK’s best restaurants and with over 20 years in the hospitality industry, James Durrant is the Executive Chef across Ideal Collection’s six venues. James is responsible for developing our talented kitchen teams and overseeing menu development across the group. You may recognise him as the winner of Great British Menu 2014.View Our Careers
Raising Over £100,000 for Local Communities
We donate 50p from every children’s meal sold across our venues and 50p from every litre bottle of New Forest Water to Murray Parish Trust. Our Community Roots Project funds an allotment in Southampton to help people who have experienced drug or alcohol addiction, homelessness or mental health issues, through providing supported volunteering, training and work experience opportunities.
