Can you add my points from my visit to your loyalty card?
Our loyalty scheme is paused at the moment and will be relaunching through our app in the near future. We are unable to add points while it is paused.
I used the app and have been charged £1.01, can you refund this?
When you add card details to the payment method section in the app an authorisation request is made to validate the card details. It should show as a pending transaction and not be fully debited from the account and reverse itself in a few days- similar to a hotel for room charges when you check in. An alert is at the top of the screen when adding a payment method. Please do let us know if this is still showing as pending after 14 days of your visit.
I want to make a booking, is my dog allowed?
