Following the success of our previous events with Natasha, we are delighted to offer a brand new workshop, this time focused on low carb eating and its many health benefits.
Whether you’re managing diabetes, been recently diagnosed with pre diabetes, wish to loose weight in a healthy and sustainable way, wish to reduce inflammation in the body to help arthritis symptoms, reduce bloating or simply curious about how a low carb diet can support your health and wellbeing, this relaxed and informative session is for you. Learn how to create delicious, satisfying dishes that are low in carbohydrates but full of flavour: perfect for sharing with the whole family. Natasha, is a diabetic expert chef who will guide you through simple techniques and meal ideas that support low carb living, what to head for and what not to, offering tips and suggestions on how to incorporate this way of eating into daily life for ease and flavour.
