  • Overall responsibility of the daily operations of the Kitchen
  • Deal with purchasing, suppliers and maintaining a target GP
  • Will have assistance of the Group Executive Chef will create and produce seasonal menus which will offer a balance of dishes for a variety of customer types
  • Will lead and inspire a team of Chefs, developing and training them to have passion and pride in their craft
