Huia Pinot Gris 2017
Soft, rounded and creamy, with subtle elements of spiced pear and white peaches.
Huia Sauvignon Blanc 2018
Aromatic and elegant, with lifted floral notes of elderflower, lime blossom, and a zesty finish.
Huia Pinot Noir 2015
Baked plums and dark cherries on the palate, with an enticing hint of spiced vanilla oak.
Huia was established in the early 1990s by Mike and Claire Allan, a husband and wife team who still run the business and make all the wines themselves today.
The wines are all certified organic and are vegan-friendly, as they are unfined. The vineyards are farmed biodynamically and are fully sustainable. Any waste from the wine-making is reused in the vineyard. The wines are all carefully hand crafted and show great purity and finesse.
