Share this unique evening with friends, family, or fellow food enthusiasts — it’s the perfect way to celebrate good food, good company, and good times.

We will be welcoming the team from Test Valley Venison based near Winchester, a small family run business that harvests, processes and supplies 100% local sustainable wild venison. From deer management through to venison processing and retail, everything is done by the team on a “field to fork” basis on a low food miles and environmentally friendly basis.
