Fresh Kitchen Sourdough Workshop
January 8th at 9:30am
On arrival you will receive a coffee and brunch from the fabulous Kimbridge Barn kitchen team. Learn about the history of sourdough, why its better for your gut and overall health. Step by step you will create two of your own family sized sourdoughs. One will be cooked to take home, the other will be created then cooked at home that evening. We will explore making French baguettes, focaccia breads and standard loaves. All recipes, aprons, kit and guidance will be provided. No previous experience is necessary.
Please bring a large mixing bowl with you, or alternatively you can purchase a bread banneton kit for £15 each on the day which includes all you need for home bread making.

Winter Wreath

Join Ali for a relaxing workshop where you’ll learn how to paint a selection of flowers, in wintery shades of blue and taupe into a stunning wreath..
You’ll begin with an introduction to watercolour basics, where Ali will show you the key techniques we’ll use throughout the session. Then, together sketch and paint your wreath. There will be a template to use as the basis for your design or you can draw your own.

Join Ali for a relaxing workshop, creating beautiful Birthday Cards and Tags Workshop at Kimbridge Barn, just outside or Romsey.

Introduction to Calligraphy

Join Ali for a peaceful 2.5-hour beginners’ calligraphy workshop in the beautiful setting of Kimbridge Barn.
Have you ever wanted to write beautifully – to personalise cards, gift tags or even wedding stationery? This relaxed session is the perfect place to begin.
You’ll learn the foundations of modern calligraphy, from how to hold and use a dip pen, to forming letters and creating words and phrases. Along the way, Ali will share plenty of tips and tricks, and there’ll be time for personal guidance and support.
As always, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming — a mindful moment in your week, where creativity and conversation flow. We’ll also enjoy delicious wine and charcuterie during the session too! Book here
