Hampshire Barn transforms into Mediterranean Paradise
Kimbridge Barn in Romsey is gearing up to become Hampshire’s ultimate summer party destination for the fifth year in a row. As the sun begins to set over the River Test, the barn will once again swap Hampshire countryside calm for Balearic-style energy for Summer Sundowner.
Taking place on Saturday 13th June, the award-winning Romsey venue will transform into a Mediterranean-inspired party space for one night only. Guests will arrive to a complimentary Altos Reposado Tequila Paloma cocktail before live musicians Cordelectra Trio bring sounds of Ibiza to the courtyard. The party has become one of the region’s most anticipated summer events on the calendar that brings together golden hour cocktails, live music, food and late-night dancing in the heart of the countryside. DJs and live musicians will carry the atmosphere late into the night, while the barn and courtyard become filled with alfresco dining, candlelight and a summer energy more often associated with Ibiza beach clubs than the Hampshire countryside.
Standard tickets include entry to the event and a complimentary Paloma cocktail on arrival. For those looking to settle in for the evening, a small number of courtyard dining tables will also be available, offering a relaxed sharing-style feast centred around seasonal dishes and wood-fired pizzas. The announcement follows Kimbridge Barn recently being named a finalist for Best Wedding & Party Venue in Hampshire in the Muddy Stilettos Awards 2026.
