Assistant Manager- The Boat House Café, Chichester Marina

Set in the idyllic setting of Chichester Marina and boasting unbeatable views of the harbour. We’re open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Offering a selection from sandwiches and snacks to lunch time classics and a fantastic evening bistro menu with daily changing specials. Working here you can expect to deliver great tasting food which is made from scratch in a prompt way.

Experience

  • Previous experience within a restaurant, pub or bar where you have supervised a team essential.

The Role

  • To support the General Manager in the day to day running of the Cafe
  • You will be a point of contact for staff in the absence of a Manager and supports the General Manager in ensuring important communication is cascaded
  • As well as ensuring we deliver a high-quality product you will be focused on making our customers happy, pro-actively looking for ways to enhance their experience and make it a memorable occasion no matter what the occasion

The Experience

  • Previous experience within a restaurant, pub or bar running shifts and dealing with cash up essential

The Role

  • The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for opening and closing shifts, cashing up and ensuring the smooth running of service
  • As well as ensuring we deliver a high-quality product you will be focussed on making our customers happy, pro-actively looking for ways to enhance their experience and make it a memorable occasion no matter what the occasion
