Hospitality Action’s Employee Assistance Programme
We are totally committed to supporting team wellbeing helping all of our team when they are facing challenges or problems either at home or at work and therefore we have joined everyone in the company into Hospitality Action’s Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
This service is free to the team; it is totally confidential and completely independent of us. The service is free to use from landlines or mobiles and there is a translation service for those who do not have English as their first language. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
The EAP service includes access to a full range of support including:
1. Advice Sheets and signposting via the Well Online portal at hospitalityaction.well-online.co.uk
2. Telephone Assistance line – 0808 802 2111 (UK) and 1800 911 121 (Irl)
3. Specialist support: face-to-face and telephone counselling; parenting and elder care advice, financial advice about debt and benefits you may be entitled to and information about the financial grants available from the charity; and there is also legal helpline for first stage advice on personal, consumer and employment law.
