The White Horse Music Festival
Here at The White Horse Otterbourne, we are pleased to that announce our fifth annual music festival is taking place on Sunday 27th August. Join us in the rear garden from 1pm for a selection of live music and a hog roast. There is also plenty for our younger guests to do, with our children’s play area and garden games. The Bank Holiday Weekend is set to be sunny, so why not spend it out in the fresh air? Read on to find out about this year’s live music line-up.
Live Music Line-Up
Lucas Raye: 1-3pm
Big Town Boppers: 3-5pm
Izzii Moulsdale: 5-7pm
The White Horse is thrilled to welcome Lucas Raye to the White Horse as our opening act. Lucas has toured the UK for six years, writing his own music and performing covers. Lucas knows an incredible 16 hours of cover songs, including classics by Elvis Presley, David Bowie and The Beatles as well as more recent hits by Pharrell Williams, John Legend and Ed Sheeran. With his fantastic voice and set list, Lucas is sure to get the White Horse Music Festival 2017 off to a great start!
Big Town Boppers
Next up are the Big Town Boppers, a band of five based in Southampton. They play a variety of music from 50’s Rock n’ Roll hits by Elvis Presley to modern day chart toppers. Plus, Big Town Boppers play songs by Kings of Leon, Bob Marley, The Kinks and Oasis. The Big Town Boppers are passionate about live music and love performing, so the audience is bound to have a fantastic time!
Finally, rising star Izzi Moulsdale is closing the night with a selection of covers and her own pieces influenced by the likes of Jess Glyne and Ella Eyre. Izzii’s emotional and powerful voice is sure to capture the hearts of all as the evening draws to a close.

Our highly anticipated Music Festival is sure to be a hugely entertaining event with a great atmosphere. Whilst you’re there, why not enjoy food from our traditional pub menu? Our Otterbourne restaurant boasts an AA Rosette and uses quality, locally sourced ingredients, producing dishes with understanding, care and skill.

Our local beef topside with homemade Yorkshire Pudding is a great British Sunday classic, or you can check the specials menu for other Sunday Roast options. Alternatively, we have a variety of summery salads for a lighter meal as well as traditional pub classics. There is also plenty for the children, as our Children’s Menu offers a selection of smaller portions and delicious puddings.
Our bar is well worth a visit; with its eclectic drinks menu, there is something for everyone. We’ll be waiting for you with live music and great food for the White Horse Music Festival 2017.
