Pop-up Cafe
Exciting changes are underway at The Boat House Café as we undergo a re-development, set to unveil in early Summer 2024, here’s a sneak peek of what awaits!
In the interim, our Pop-up Café is open every day from 8am – 4pm serving a tempting menu of breakfast, brunch, sandwiches and pizza as well as some delicious hot and cold breakfast and lunch options for takeaway including some fantastic meal deals.

Our Pop-up Cafe will also be available for evening events and parties between December and March. With a capacity for up to 40-60 guests, we have some fantastic food and drink packages available and can work with you to create a package that aligns with your budget and unique requirements. Parking
New parking controls
From Tuesday 1st August 2023, a RingGo parking system will be enforced in Swanwick Marina. Our customers at The Boat House Cafe will be entitled to 2 hours FREE parking between the hours of 06:00 – 18:00 and 4 hours free parking between 18:00 – 23:59.
All you’ll need to do is enter a unique code (given by our host on arrival) to enter on to the RingGo app. It’s therefore advisable to download the app prior to arrival. Any longer stays will incur charges.
